SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

We currently ship our products within Belgium. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Orders are typically fulfilled within 3 business days.

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Beverages

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beverages. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@super-wet.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our utmost to make things right. Your satisfaction matters to us.

Merchandise

For non-consumable items (e.g., apparel, accessories), we comply with European consumer protection laws. You have the right to return merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

  • You notify us in writing of your decision to return within the 14-day window

  • You cover the return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
     

To start a return, please email us at info @ super-wet.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned merchandise.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something isn’t right with your order — whether beverage or merch — we want to fix it. Please contact us at info @ super-wet.com within 7 days of receiving your package with a description and, if possible, photos of the issue.
